Our services
As a Destination management company (DMC) we provide complete management services for corporate meetings and incentive programs in Germany. We design, plan and deliver a program to meet and exceed the client’s objectives.

We have a full time, multilingual staff in Munich and Berlin.

History and General Information
Our company was established in 1956 as Hugo M. Weichlein & Co., specializing at first as an incoming service for groups from North America and Australia.
In 1980, Brigitte Trenner joined the business, purchasing it in 1985, and developed the Meeting and Incentives segment.
In 2012, Marina Parra-Flechsig joined the company as Managing Director and Owner and brought with her over 15 years of incoming experience in Germany and abroad, having served as both a Senior Project Manager and Sales Director and has been responsible for supporting large projects both in the MICE and Leisure industry.

Company structure:
Our team of knowledgeable, multi-lingual planners have years of experience in the Incoming travel business and are able to liaise with companies from around the world. This is why we can confidently claim to be the ideal German partner for any event, be it a conference, incentive, a special interest tour for a group or an individual traveler. We are there all the way, from event design to program’s end.
We structure a team with one Senior Project Manager and further supporting staff, depending on the requirements of the program, who will give detailed operations support for each of your demands.
